• Camera-Ready Guidelines

Congratulations to the Authors of All Accepted Papers!

We are excited to congratulate the authors of all accepted papers. Below, you will find the instructions for submitting your camera-ready versions:

    1. Preparing Your Manuscript:
      1. Review Compliance Check: Ensure you have applied all the reviewers’ comments before preparing the final versions of your manuscript. Please be aware that your final paper may be reviewed to ensure that it appropriately addresses the comments and concerns raised by the reviewers during the peer-review process.
      2. Proofreading: Carefully proofread your source document to confirm that no further revisions will be needed. Please note that you should not change the title or author list unless correcting an error or if requested by the reviewers. If any changes to the title or author list (including the order of names) are made, you MUST email us with the details and the reason for the change. Failure to do so may result in indexing issues in the proceedings.
      3. Formatting Requirements: The paper should be submitted in one of the following formats. According to the templates that can be found above (for the papers that were produced by LaTeX compilers, a Zip file containing all of the required sources to generate the PDF file should be sent beside the final PDF file).
        • Word and PDF
        • LaTeX (zip file) and PDF
      4. Page Limit: The maximum number of pages, including figures, tables, and references, is 8. Submissions exceeding 8 pages (up to a maximum of 10 pages) are acceptable, but a fee will apply for each additional page beyond the 8th page.
      5. Publication Title: Ensure that the publication title of the conference is correctly placed on the first page, as shown in the CPSAT 2024 paper template that can be found above.
      6. ISBN Footnote: Ensure that the following information about the conference (979-8-3315-2928-4/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE) is correctly placed on the first page, as shown in the CPSAT 2024 paper template that can be found above.
      7. Copyright Notice: Place the correct CPSAT 2024 copyright notice at the bottom-left corner of the first page.
        • In the coming days, one (corresponding) author from each accepted paper will receive an email from IEEE eCF with instructions for transferring the copyright to IEEE. Please check your email (including the spam folder) and follow the provided instructions. If you need assistance with the copyright notice, contact Paria Darbani at pdarbani@ipm.ir.
      8. PDFeXpress: All PDFs must be validated through IEEE PDFeXpress before submitting the final version to EasyChair to ensure compatibility with IEEE Xplore®. The final version of the paper must comply with the IEEE Computer Society’s Conference Publishing Services (CPS) formatting guidelines. Any modifications made to the PDF after conversion or checking by PDFeXpress may invalidate this compatibility. This includes changes to headers, page numbers, copyright notices, watermarks, and more.
    2. PDFeXpress:
      • All the camera-ready PDFs should pass the checks by the IEEE PDFeXpress tool which can be found at this link.
        • First-time users should do the following:
          1. Log in to the IEEE PDFeXpress TM site.
          2. Select the Create account.
          3. Enter the following:
            • 64082X for the Conference ID
            • your email address
            • a password
          4. Continue to enter information as prompted.
          5. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
        • Previous users of PDFeXpress need to follow the above steps except 2, then should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
        • PDFeXpress Support: Access the Publications Support Center for IEEE PDFeXpress. If you do not find an answer in the Answers (FAQ) tab, go to the Submit a Question tab. Your question will be forwarded to IEEE PDF Support and answered within 3 business days.
    3. Final Paper Submission and Registration:
      1. Final Paper Submission Deadline: All authors must submit the final version of their paper by September 6, 2024. The submission must be made through the EasyChair portal.
      2. Author Registration Requirement: To have your paper included in the conference proceedings, at least one author per paper must complete a full registration by September 13, 2024, according to the instructions mentioned here. Failure to do so will result in excluding the paper from the proceedings.
        • Please send your receipt file to CPSAT2024@ipm.ir by email with the subject template “receipt of paper #x”.
