About me

I'm a postdoc researcher at the Computer Science Department, Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM). I've received my PhD and MSc degrees from Sharif University of Technology. My PhD thesis focused on developing network traffic digesting methods for forensic applications. Currently, I'm primarily working on High-performance computer networking. Moreover, I've had a lifelong passion for developing digital systems using microcontrollers and FPGAs! As part of my MSc thesis, I've designed and implemented various high-speed network equipment such as "performance tester for 10G optical switches" and "network traffic recorder/player" which resulted in high-end products sold by the university. While I'm into designing digital systems, I'm currently putting most of my time and energy into academic research.
