- Read the VISA Information letter from here
and fill it carefully
- Scan the first page of your Passport (including personal information page) Next, send all above documents

- IPM Guest House: The conference has some limited double rooms available at IPM Guest House.

Transportation
Upon your arrival to Imam Khomeini International Airport, please look for someone with the IPM School of Computer Science
sign who will help you with the transport to one of our guest houses or your hotel. Do not forget to declare your foreign
currency before leaving the customs area. Please take note of addresses, telephone and fax numbers as mentioned before.

Electrical Appliance
The electricity supply in Iran works at 220 V and 50 Hz. There are standard sockets.

Meals Care
We will provide you with lunch during symposium. Vegetarian meals are also available upon request. please
notify us in the registration form if you require vegetarian meals. Lunch will be served in the same building as seminars.

Venue
The symposium will start on September 23th in the main lecture hall of Institute for Research in Fundamental
Sciences Niavaran Building. Buses are arranged to take you from the guest houses to the conference place, every morning at
08:30, and will return to the guest houses after the seminar.
